Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cup of mixed greens

  • 1 slice of red onion

  • 1/4 a cucumber

  • 1/3 cup of strawberries, sliced

  • 2 tbsp of feta (optional)

  • 2 tbsp of walnuts, pecans, slivered almonds or sunflower seeds

  • 4-5 oz of chicken breast

  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinaigrette (Annie's)

Instructions:

Place lettuce at the base of the bowl.

  • Top all remaining ingredients on the bed of lettuce.

  • Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top of salad fixings.

  • Serve and enjoy!
