Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup smooth almond butter or cashew butter

  • 1/2 cup Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 TBLS of Honey

  • 1/4 cup dairy free mini chocolate chips

  • 2 TBLS of almond milk (add more if mixture is too dry)

Instructions:

  1. Add dry ingredients to a bowl (protein powder and coconut flour).

  2. Add nut butter and honey to dry ingredients (warm up in microwave if ingredients are too solid.

  3. Stir until ingredients are incorporated.

  4. Add almond milk until there is a cookie dough like texture.

  5. Add chocolate chips until well incorporated.

  6. Roll into balls, let it set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, and enjoy!
